Lawn landscaping

I have a new build house which needs the surrounding section landscaped to create a tidy, flat lawn. Part of the work involves redistributing a large pile of topsoil which was excavated for the house foundations and left on site. Ideally this can be spread around the house to form the lawn bed, and then seeded with grass to enable a lawn to grow.
