A retaining wall that was built probably about 30 years ago is falling down and needs replacing with some steps to access the back/lower level of the section. approx 4.5m drop from top level to bottom. I would like 3 lines of retaining of 1-1.5m high. Ideally $10-$15,000 max budget. Walls only, I will plant and move soil as required.
