New lawn for new property

Hi, We are after a landscaper that can urgently (next couple of weeks) install new lawn for our new property in Rotorua. The area of the lawn is around 150sqm or slightly more. I have included some photos. There is need for installation of topsoil/grass mix and then grass seeds. The area at the back (second photo) will have a 12sqm porch installed so won't need grass. Site access can be organised via our site manager upon request.
