Outdoor fish pond cleaning

I've got a very small outdoor fish pond that is home to 3 to 4 goldfish. There's no waterpump and the pond is starting to get gross with algae and debris. I'm looking for someone who knows what they're doing to clean the pond and make it nice for the few fish that live in there.
