Boundary clean-up

I need my boundary line cleared and earth graded flat in preparation for a new fence. Boundary line consists of an old punga fence, heavily overgrown with unwanted shrubs i.e. ivy etc. Part of the punga boundary has collapsed during a recent spot of bad weather. The boundary line is approx 21 meters long and contains various old tree stumps which need to be removed or ground down. One stump is particularly large, consisting of approx 2 meters of trunk left over by arborists to maintain privacy. No particular timeframes, sooner rather than later though as I would like to get started on my fence before it gets too hot. Good access for small equipment, i.e. bobcat, small digger, truck with skip bin etc.
