Retaining walls and fencing and bit of leveling the soil

Need retaing walls and some fencing done on a new home being built in rotorua. Have provided the diagram with highlights of where the retain walls are to be done and where the fencing needs to be done with bit of dirt/soil to be levelled at the back of house as its a slope.
