Earthworks and Retaining

Our Lake Tarawera section is steep and we need to prepare the land for adding a bach. We have a 3m retaining wall that needs retaining, a platform that needs shaping for a prefab bach to go onto it. Also, fencing and a full width (?) retaining wall, possibly caged rock type behind the bach. Drainage, water supply etc all needs to be a consideration. Our second phase would be to prepare the space to make a driveway and carport. Looking for a site appointment in the next few weeks, to go over ideas and what needs doing then quotes first. Timeframe is less important. Are not able to get prefab bach until next year (Feb - March?).
