New retaining wall - Rotorua

I am cost sensitive, but am understanding of quality and durability. I need a 11m by 2m high retaining wall made. The old retaining wall was just punga logs wired together but have gradually been falling away to the point where the bank looks unsafe. It will need proper drainage and some extra topsoil. I can send photos later on. I will also need someone with acceeditation to do the job as this will need council consent due to the height and size of job.
