Removal of sod

I want to reduce mowing work in my front yard and plant some shrubs. One picture is the current aerial view, the green zone is all lawn. Another picture is my plan. The brown zone will be the beds for shrub planting, the grey zone will be the brick patio and the green zone keeps the lawn. So I need someone to help doing the following work: 1. The brown zone: Remove the sod, Till the soil and Add compost. (ready for planting shrubs) 2. The grey zone: Remove the sod. (ready for paving bricks) These works need to be done as soon as possible.
