Job description
I am about to look at a property with a mind to purchase in Rotorua, and would love to have someone experienced to look at it, as it is sloping... 8 meters over I think 20 meters... seeing it tomorrow, and give their thoughts on what will be required and an estimate of how much it will cost. If I put a contract on the place I will get a geotech report done. But just to dk some rough sums as to whether it is worth taking on the task I was hoping to start with a contracted who knows their stuff... is this a realistic expectation? Is this even sensible thinking?

Mike was just the person I was looking for. He answered my add within hours of my post. Which allowed us to meet the next day... all very important when looking to purchase a property. We meet to discuss probable costs of working with the intended property to help me decide if it was within my budget to get to the end result of a home. And to set a price range to pay for the property. So I now have a property which I got for a price that I would have never dreamed thanks to Mike's insight!
