Urgent retaining wall please

Had an old retaining wall out the back that was 30 od year's old from previous owners.it was rotten an falling over causing a bit of slippage of old back fill it had never been done properly back then. I have cleaned up an removed old materials an dug a path for access for new wall to be built. It is 4 meters high at one one end tapering up an about 15 meters long I have a really good budget for this as it needs to be strong but not really pretty as not seen out the back an needs to be done sooner rather than later as bank has been cleaned up for the job.
