Plant 40-50 star jasmine onto prepared area

I have a need to plant 40-50 star jasmine plants on an embankment. The area is approximately 15 meters long and 2 meters wide. There is a weedmat that has been installed already. The soil is thick clay. The job will require someone to: 1. Cut a small hole in the weedmat. 2. dig a small hole big enough for a 2.5litre plant 3. supply and place garden mix/top soul in the hole 4. plant the plant 5. clean the area. Ideally can do the job anytime from Wednesday 21st. I will supply the plants. House is in Millwater and I want it done ASAP
