Landscaping, Paving and Carport Build

I have roughly 25sqm of area thats currently a mix of garden, existing pathways and pebbles. I would like to pave roughly 16sqm of this area, and stone chip (white stone) the remaining area. I would also like to build a carport over part of the area, carport will be roughly 3.5m x 4.7m and same height as house roof to house the boat. The area currently has a small slope and needs to be leveled. There is also currently a garden that would need to be removed along with a palm tree and a lot of rooted dirt. Would require a small digger. In the drawing the areas to be paved are crosshatch pattern and the stone chip area is poker-dot. The carport would cover the 4700 x 3450 area and includes a filleting bench and sink at the end (i have this). Am looking to get this job completed asap.
