Job description
We want to redesign and improve the external and internal areas so we can extend the living area adding more privacy and make the external area more 'welcoming'. They are not big areas (see included pictures)

The tradesperson was professional and communicated clearly. However: 1.A bit of work was required to get a formal GST invoice 2.Extra 10% charged on the top of the cost of the plants 3.The trader Buildercrack fees was added to the client bill: $286.35 + GST 4.Extra 150% of the total labour costs was added for travel to the client's place (2hs+3hs) 5.Some plants were damaged by the wind as they were not secured. Stakes installed the day after 6 Extra work will be required to fix plant gap

"This customer received professional advice from our initial meeting to completion of the job.
It’s commonplace for a markup to be added to a wholesale price for goods eg Countdown.
Travel time was charged like many tradesmen and the job location was an hour’s drive from my premises.
The client received a concept plan worth $750 plus gst at no charge along with three visits to the site at no charge."
