Spray insecticide chemicals to kill pine bugs

I have some pine trees affected by pine beetles. Can you help to spray pine insecticide chemical to kill the beetles and prevent these beetles attach other pine trees? See photos that are affected by the beetles. There are around 30 pine trees affected. Need spray on these trees and others close to them in total of 40 trees. There are about 30 pine trees already dead in the garden. What we want to do is to spray insecticide chemical to kills those beetles, also to spray on those trees near by in order to stop spreading. Hope this can control the beetles attacking all trees. Can you please propose what chemical you will spray and the total cost? Please quote. Thanks.
