I have an existing retaining wall 1.3m high that has been determined to be non compliant due to the selected timber size [ --- house piles]. Everything else about it is as per building code. I have an engineers report that specifies remedial work required to be compliant. In short, all that is required is a lower wall to be constructed in front of the existing. No drainage is required in this particular wall. The dimensions are 750 mm high and about 15.5m in length. The 200mm posts are required to be 1.2m apart and 1.2m deep. Access is okay [rear of property] and is possible to drive a small digger up the side of property
