Pasture to lawn

we have a large area which sits beside the house that is currently pasture. We are keen to add this to our living space so need some help. The land has a gentle incline that we would like leveled and needs drainage to ensure the new lawn area is usable year through. Some existing trees would need to be removed and a fence line. New fencing also required.
