Land Leveling

We need to level a narrow stretch of land of length which already has soil. The soil is in clumps and we need it to be leveled nicely. We also want the weed to be removed. It should just take an hour or two of labour. Length: 10 - 12m by 1m. No design needed just someone to come over and level the soil and remove the weeds too. Photos will be posted soon
