Outdoor patio and landscaping

We are intending to build a large outdoor area. Our backyard is gently sloping and our current outdoor area approx 100sqm is held up by a badly made retaining wall. We will remove the retaining wall and existing deck and will need the earth levelled. The new outdoor area will be approx 70sqm of styled concrete with steps cast into it at the lower backyard end. We also require a fair bit of tree/weed removal in our lower yard. If all is well with the budget we can investigate the installation of a pergola over some of the new outdoor area.
