Property Description: Two town houses on a sloped site on Kent Street in Queenstown - previously known as the 'pink palace'. Below is a rough scope which can be refined post site visit - photos to match. Area 1: Rear Retaining - Remove existing planting – as tagged. - Remove existing retaining & stairs. - Build new retaining & stairs (design and materials TBC) - Prepare & plant garden beds (planting plan TBC) Note: This area can be accessed via the QT walkway at the rear of the property. Area 2: Patio - Remove existing BBQ (concrete) - Ensure existing drainage is sufficient. - Test existing power source. Arrange repair or replacement as required. - Waterblast & re-sand existing paving - Cut out paving around retaining to create garden beds. - Install sleepers as new garden bed edge (to match existing) - Install spa pool in place of BBQ – to discuss. Area 3: North-Eastern Path & Stairs - Remove existing fence & planting. - Remove existing stairs & paths. - Re-form and re-build stairs & paths, ensuring sufficient clearance/drainage against house (design & materials TBC) - Erect new fence – to discuss. Area 4: Entrance - Remove existing planting & boulders. - Remove existing paved paths. - Remove pipe ‘feature’ over entrance path. - Lower clearance to 150mm below ground level (to discuss) - Grind stump - Cut driveway to create straight line to road. - Retain slope. - Create and lay new path & garden along front door (Materials TBC) - Create 150mm drainage channel against house. - Prepare & plant new gardens. Area 5: Driveway - Waterblast & re-sand pavers - Relay pavers as required. - Cut out paving against house to create garden beds, with drainage channel. Area 6: Rear Entrance Stairs - Prep and lay pavers/tiles on rear entrance stairs/path (materials TBC) - Install trim (to discuss)
