Small yard landscaping and fence

Hi, We are looking for someone to help us landscape our property. We have a small backyard section that we would like to start with, and would love someone to help us put together an easily maintainable area with a clothes line and some garden storage. This may include some concreting/paving, and some raised garden beds. We would really love any suggestions from professionals and the only non-negotiable is to have a clothes line of some description! Any estimations of cost would be super helpful as well. We are also wanting to complete the fence line, when the house was built several meters of fence was not built. We also have a large and incredibly steep front yard that we will be looking at getting landscaped in the future, but are just wanting to start with our backyard at this point.
