Outdoor Makeover

Hi, We're wanting a to pull shrubs and possibly trees out, raise the front grass area to level it out and build a fence for some privacy, ready lawn would need to be layed in the are. Considering putting in an irrigation system but that would have to be discussed at the time. A new pathway needs to be put in linking into the new area, looking at 5 long steps. Hoping to get this completed within the next 3-4 months
