Steps down steep bank 6metres

I have a section a little over 1 acre, most is quite steep bank and covered in gorse. My intention is eventually to have a bushwalk round the section. One of the first tasks is to build a set of steps approx 6metres long. Open to suggestions as to the most cost effective way this can be done. A good quote could see repeat work as I advance round the section.
