outdoor spa landscaping/brick work/planting

Have had spa installed outside with poor workmanship, and needs some landscaping to hide the mismatched concrete and other inperfections. Thinking of some sides, and some brick work to build a pizza oven encased to the left. Also a pergola. Also thinking of a clear corrugated roofing over whole patio area as an option but not a must Open to ideas, need it to look really good.
