Site levelling and prep for grass seed, also removal of a large amount of excess dirt mostly rocky clay based dirt. Would suit bobcat and truck to remove dirt. Might need some topsoil brought in. Laying down pavers as tracks on lawn for caravan parking. Ready when you are, hoping to have grass seed down end of March.
