Retaining wall and fencing.

Hi there, I was wanting to have a quote done for a retaining wall according to engineer recommendations (attached). Its about 10 metres across the back of the section, parallel to an inground swimming pool, and new fencing approx 17 metres. Some paving would have to be lifted to access the area also. It is a tricky job as access is limited.
