Retaining wall Waiotahe.

We are wanting to tidy up a bank at the rear of a section by building a retaining wall 22m across and1.5m high. The rest of the section is flat and grassed. The bank isn't very steep just needs to be made a bit more usable. The wall is not taking any load from buildings and doesn't need consent. I'm open to suggestions for making it better.
