Landscaping - Northcote

We have an ugly paved courtyard that we are wanting to rip up and lay with grass. The courtyard is on a very slight slope, so we are looking for someone to level it and and also build some raised beds along the bamboo fence (which we will plant a pleached ficus hedge in), pour two relatively shallow concrete steps and lay a short path too. I have added photos. Please note that all agapanthus, ginger plants, cabbage trees, yukkas and hibiscus have been cleared - trees were professionally removed and stump grinded - it is now just an empty patch of dirt and bark. We will pull up the pavers ourselves. We have great access with the courtyard leading on to a double garage/driveway.
