Hedge trees, Jasmine and Baskets

Hi team, I need some hedge trees and jasmine planted please. both on top of different retaining walls. Also come basket hooks installed, with baskets and some kind of nice tropical plant. The existing soil conditions are not great, so we need good soil put in. All plant need to be hearty and survive on there own if possible please
