Retaining Wall, excavation and decking

Refer to attached photo. Excavate and flatten the area highlighted in red. Build retaining wall along the yellow line and the fence. Extend the deck in the flattened red area. Also need a pedestrian path on the berm. If I have budget left I would like to get some planting done as well. I am available at home on Tuesdays and Fridays. Would like to get the build underway as soon as possible
