We have an existing timber retaining wall that is failing. The retaining wall is next to our driveway and after failing it has caused cracks in the driveway. For this scope of work we would like to secure the driveway again by replacing the retaining wall. We have two options per attached photos: 1. Replacement of existing wall which is 14m with 4m extension to secure the bottom of the driveway. 2. Replacement of existing wall and extension of the retaining wall to the back of the section as shown in the attached photo. The back of section is sloping down and the scope should include infill at the back to make it level with the driveway. The total length of the retaining wall is approximately 27m long. Note that the existing wall is below 1.5m in height. In addition, there is a wastewater pipe as indicated in the photo that crosses our section at one point of the retaining wall. The retaining wall should also have novaflow and scoria drainage installed. Please let us know your availability and timeframes to complete the job.
