Retaining wall; drainage; earthmoving; tight access

To: - assess existing retaining wall; improve drainage; repair and replace old boards/posts. - flatten section or add additional small retaining wall to terrace it. - improve drainage of soggy backyard. Add a channel filled with scoria? - dress with top soil ready for planting. Optional: extending concrete pad in front of carport and fencing work (both remain TBC). Note: This is tight access (any bobcat would need to fit through carport). Driveway is steep. Normal size tradie vans fit down driveway but larger trucks won't be able to fit.
