Retaining wall in common property

The retaining wall in common property, within our body corporate of 12 units and carpark area is starting to split from the wall and will need to be fixed. We also have drainage issues that need to be sorted with the retaining wall. See photos. The retaining wall goes from the boundary of one unit (unit 9) down to the end of the carpark and property boundary. On top of this is vegetation and the adjacent neighbouring property fence, which in part also needs to be fixed. Looking for quotes and services to fix the retaining wall and outer property fence. If the services can also help fix the drainage issues then welcomed in price/quote.
