Looking for reliable and reasonable quotes to build a small garden area as below. We have been let down a couple of times with this project and keen to get going. - Construct a new boundary retaining wall of approx 8.3m in length and 1.4m in height, including an additional few metres of raised boxing 1.5m back from the top of the block wall - Construct a new wall approx. 1m back from existing (approx. 5m in length) - Install a hatch for access to water tank - use artificial grass over entire area (approx. 28sqm), and other small accessed by backdoor -construct stairs to access newly constructed area - use vitex as per other decking on site. side of stairs to be boxed in with a small gate for access to pipework below - 10.5m of balustrade on new boundary retaining wall and atop timber boxing by block
