Wooden retaining wall with foundation and drainage

Demolish and remove existing block wall along back of home (wall is already cracked and crumbling) Construct wooden retaining wall with adequate foundation and drainage. Backfill. Remove debris and leave site clean. (Note: large tree at front of neighbours property will be removed prior to job start because its weight and roots system caused breakage of the block wall)
