Construction of Timber Retaining walls Scope of works - Construct 3 x Retaining walls as per Building Consent Plans - Bores range 300-450mm with 150 to 250 dia poles - Construct Timber Barrier at lower boundary wall - Install drainage material & Drainage coil to outlet - Backfill with Polyrock / Expol or similar NOTE 1.Works to exclude Topsoil supply / Install 2. The following materials will be free issued - (not to be priced) - Timber Poles - Timber Rails - Polyrock / Expol - Geofabric Material Site is currently cleared of vegetation / topsoil Survey boundary has been setout Plan works to commence after demolition of existing Concrete walls (separate works) Retaining wall works to start from May -June Will email full Building Consent Drawings file Available to meet onsite from 12th - 19th March Also have Concrete wall demolition works available to quote if interested in both jobs
