Relay pool paving

We have a pool area which was laid with 450 x 450 concrete pavers, however the contractor didn't lay a proper bed for the pavers, and about half the paving area has sunk by a centimetre or two. We would like the pavers taken up, a proper bed laid for them, and then re-laid.
