Damaged retaining wall

We have a free standing carport with 2 walls on our property. One side of the retaining wall under the carport collapsed in the storm on last Friday. This was witnessed by my neighbour as the wall collapsed onto their property and clay and dirt has been washed away from at least one of the footings of the carport into their property. Currently the area has covered with waterproof tarpulin to reduce further damage/erosion. We would like to request for a quote, please.
