Relay grass pavers for car parking on lawn

Relay an on-lawn car park on an appropriate compacted base layer, so it can take the weight of a car on it, without sinking. It is made of Firth 400x400x80mm grass pavers. These were originally laid without a compacted base layer, so have sunk unevenly into the soil. Job would include uplifting, digging down, laying and compacting appropriate base layer and then relaying the pavers. Also adding a sleeper border. Area is approx. 4m x 6m, plus an approx. 0.8x2m path to the back entrance stairway. (Area stated is for pavers and excludes sleeper border) You will need to provide the base layer. We may require some extra pavers and will also need to source the sleepers. We could provide the pavers and sleepers or you could provide them, whichever is cheaper. I have attached a photo of what we currently have and what we would like it to look like. The current area has a slight slope from left to right of car park, so may need very low retaining on left. Look forward to hearing your suggestion on whether we need to retain (or if the sleeper witll do the job) and, if required, how to retain there. The address is in Browns Bay, North Shore, Auckland.
