Timber retaining wall - not brick

A 3-5m section of a 10-12m retaining wall between my neighbours shared driveway (24 & 26 MacNay Way, Murrays Bay) and my rear garden (28 MacNay Way) has collapsed and needs replacing. The wall both supports my elevated garden and the neighbours cut away shared driveway. At its highest point the wall may well require building consent. I also have a 1.8m boundary fence in my garden that I've had to brace as the land is starting to slip. I'm looking for a quote to repair / replace the wall Richard ---
