Garden clean up

I am not a gardener and since we moved into our house a year and half ago the garden has been left unattended (I only mow the lawns). I need a lot of pruning done, as well as making neat the beddings, etc. I am willing to pay between $10 and $12 per hour for a few hours per week on an ongoing basis.
