Landscape Retaining Walls (Below 1.5m)

I need some timber retaining walls built with concrete for posts please ~ 6m for one and ~4m for another. Both will only need to be roughly 300 high. Secondly there is an existing fence with some posts in the ground. I wish to replace the rails and palings to match a new fence and continue down the garden boundary line.
