Job description
Looking for someone to lay base lawn soil & ready lawn. We’ve dug up the existing lawn and there are some drainage scoria that needs covering. Would like to lay lawn irrigation piping at the same time. After hardy grass as the area suffers in winter and summer and the last lawn was too fine. Tall fescue?

Biggest concern was Lawn turf laid over drainage rocks which shows no base top soil added to these areas which i specifically asked for. When asked why and to remedy the situation, a promise was made to return to add soil, then no communication when I chased up. Will see how the lawn grows but not happy with the result for a $3000 job and unfortunately wouldn't recommend this company again, which really is a shame as I had other jobs for them. :-(
