Earthworks, Retaining, Steps, Decking & Fence

Please refer to the landscape plan and existing site photos - we are looking to tackle the bottom site initially, and then the steps and upper deck area. *Earthworks and site establishment for the lower level lawns* - Allowance to make safe track down to the site (to later be the steps down) - If required - Earth works to level out the bottom lawn area, taking existing soil from the middle lawn - Timber Retaining wall to separate 2 lawn areas lower space (middle lawn and bottom lawn) - 15 ln - Garden Edging - 200mm rough sawn raised edge to lawns / banks lower - Lawn - Excavate preparation and seed lower area (Please supply as a line item) *Steps joining the upper area and lower level lawns* - Lower deck and steps - hardwood - Gravel filled sleeper stairs *Upper area deck, concrete work and fencing* - Decking - Construction of hardwood deck - 36m2 - Natural Paving- Excavate corner of concrete and drainage holes, basecourse install 28m2 , and pebbles - Fencing - 1.8m Capped Pailing Fence and gate *More than happy to arrange a meeting to go over the space - keen to get onto to it asap.*
