Fence, Deck and Landscape

We currently have a deck timber as fence and would like this removed and re-used to the existing deck as well as the old deck joists replaced. Some redesign in terms of the entrance staircase (making it wider and more accessible as we have quite steep steps leading to the house) as well as getting the tradie to have a look at the balustrades installed. We’re looking at getting PVC fence installed (can sort out the materials) and some landscaping done on our front lawn (levelling it, changing bricks to artificial lawn and possibly re-using those bricks to other parts of the outdoor area). Fence - 35m 2 deck areas - 38m2 Handrails - 27m We’re taking our time to find the right tradesmen for this job so there’s currently no rush on timeframe when it needs to start. We are open to hearing any suggestions that may be more cost efficient to us. Due to nasty experiences in the past, a project manager that we can liaise with for the job is ideal. Quote for how much this would cost is also an important factor. Thank you.
