Level our backyard

We need our backyard leveled; the land has a slight slope. Its ok to keep the slope, just needs to be a flat slope. It’s a trapezoid shape approximately 90 square meters. Not accessible by digger. The tree stump in the picture is just a loose log. There is one tree near the garage that needs to stay. We need it leveled to make it more usable as a dog area.
