Planter

I am looking for quotes for the next stage of my outdoor project. I have recently extended my deck and created a lovely outdoor area. At the time this was built holes were drilled (very hard dirt) for a planter to run the length of my retaining wall, and connect with one side of the deck. I now need someone to build this planter and create two or three different heights to finish the outdoor area off. I also need topsoil in this and depending on the quote amount, some palms and totem pole shrubs to be planted. Also possibly a small area of weedmat and bark to be completed on one side. There is some tanalised timber left over from the deck that needs using.
