Replanting trees along fence border. plus making a wooden border at edge of a path, about 4m, planting new trees, 4/5 ficcus tuffi, and a couple of others, along a fence line. can the landscaper provide/ deliver the trees. advise whether to grind out rotted stumps of previous trees before planting
