Chatswood exterior refresher

Removal of existing wooden frame plaster clad fence from the property (45m). Construct new 1.8m high stone wall or stone pillar wall with wooden palings on the perimeter of the property (45m) that will include a gate to access the house. (We will look at any quality long lasting fencing options). Extension of paved car parking area to allow for 1-2 more parking spaces. Extending the existing concrete patio to allow for a spa pool and pergola. Some low height retaining walls and general landscaping work also required. We are not time sensitive but we insist on reliable and quality workmanship.
