Retaining wall has started subsiding due to poor construction initially. Approximately 30m and under 1.5m height. Will involve removal and replacement of fence on wall as well as some basic landscaping. Landscaping will involve levelling of section and filling in of 3x3m depression. Optional extra is replacement of decks on top of the area to be fixed up.
